Her Complexion LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live event due to insufficient registrations, Instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations you will be notified at least 45 days prior to the scheduled start time of the event. If the event is cancelled, registered attendees will get a FULL REFUND of the amount paid for any live event less any non-refundable deposits required by 3rd party vendors. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. In case we reschedule an event, registered attendees will be notified about the new date and time 30 days prior to the start time of the event. If attendees are not available on the new date and time, you may ask for a refund at least 30 days of the new date in writing. If you are unable to attend, and do not ask for a refund, all sales will be final. If the event takes place on the original date, all sales will be final, and no refunds will be given.
